“The LORD, the LORD the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet He does not leave the guilty unpunished; He punishes the children and their children for the sin of the fathers to the third and forth generation.” | EXODUS 34:6-7
Today’s excerpt from Climbing Prayer Mountain:
“If prayer is a conversation with God, a big portion of our prayer time should be spent listening… As Moses found out on the Mountain, God is a Good Father wishing to pour out unending love on all who will take the time and listen to what he loves to say. My prayer is that you will take the time to listen daily to the Father.”
